If you're visiting Hangzhou, City Balcony (城市阳台) is one place I definitely recommend adding to your itinerary. Especially at night. This is one of the best places to see the modern side of Hangzhou — completely different from West Lake, Lingyin Temple and the traditional parts of the city.
